Here's a healthy ricepe:Shrimp and Eggs1 tsp. butter1 medium-sized wild shrimp (diced)1 egg, beaten1/4 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese1 tsp. plain (non-fat) yogurtMelt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
